Owner's obligations
Protection measures: To guarantee the privacy of the personal data provided by the USER, the owner undertakes to take the necessary protection measures to prevent unauthorized access to said information. When the Superintendency of Commerce finds that the owner has failed to comply with the data protection policy established herein or with the minimum requirements set forth by law, the USER may request the deletion of their personal data from both the website and the databases of AWACHIRA and third parties to whom it has been transferred for any reason.
Response times: The owner will respond within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days to requests for consultation of personal data submitted by the USER through the established channels. When the request is for correction, updating or deletion of data, the response time will be 15 (fifteen) business days.

The website WWW.AWACHIRA.COM is owned by AWACHIRA, a legal entity domiciled in New Jersey, USA, and governed by the laws of that country and these Terms and Conditions, which the USER agrees to comply with from the moment of accessing the site.
