1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Processing takes place during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. For custom orders, please note that the production lead time is 25 to 35 business days before shipping. Production time may vary during peak periods, such as holidays in Colombia, where our production is based.
2. Shipping options and rates
Once production is complete, orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We offer three shipping options within the US:

Next day delivery: 1 to 2 business days

Express shipping: 3 to 5 business days

Standard: 7 to 10 business days
Shipping costs vary depending on the products you have selected and the delivery destination.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs are calculated based on the destination and order size. You'll receive a quote at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply in the destination country, depending on your location.
4. Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and do not include the initial production period. Factors such as carrier availability, weather conditions, and holidays may affect them. We strive to minimize delays and will notify you of any significant changes.
5. Shipping Partners
We partner with USPS for all shipments within the United States, providing reliable service to our domestic customers. For international shipments, we work with FedEx or DHL, trusted providers with a strong global presence.
6. Monitoring and notifications
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, we will send you a tracking link for USPS; for international shipments, we use FedEx and DHL. You can check the status of your order using the provided link or contact us if you need assistance.
7. Lost, misplaced or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@awachira.com. We will work with our shipping company to investigate and resolve any issues with your order.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
We offer refunds, returns, and exchanges for most of our products up to 8 days after receipt. For personalized items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
